Serge Lukashuk specializes in financial services, complex international audit issues as well as IFRS advisory. He acts as an advisor on tax compliance issues and on international tax legislation affecting clients operating in an international business environment including Cyprus and Ukraine.

He has over 15 years of successful experience with the Big4 in Cyprus and Ukraine , as well as professional services boutique practices in Tax Advisory and Compliance, Audit and Financial Advisory and Transaction Support services within M&As.

Serge obtained the Master Degree of International Economic Relations of the Kyiv Institute of International Relations of the State National T. Shevchenko University, Kyiv, in 2001, as well as the Bachelor Degree in Transport Management from the Odessa State Marine University, Odesa, in 1997. He is ADIT(UK), ICPAC(Cyprus) and FCCA of ACCA(UK) member.
