Alexandra Vorka joined our law firm in March 2022. Prior to this she was working at a reputable audit firm in Nicosia and was engaged in audit related services.
She is responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, providing compliance guidance on implementing policies and guidelines and overall, as well as maintaining an effective compliance culture within the firm. Alexandra's key responsibilities entail onboarding of new clients, monitoring current clients whilst staying compliant with the applicable regulations of the Cyprus Bar Association and Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
She has a background in business and corporate administration and has also advised various clients with regard to their employment-based residence permit applications and in general private client affairs.
