The Ukrainian Bar Association hosted the first Ukrainian independent international conference, KIEV ARBITRATION DAYS 2012: Think Big! (“KAD 2012”), on 15-16 November 2012 in Kiev, Ukraine.
The conference brought together international dispute resolution practitioners to discuss problems and perspectives of international arbitration in Ukraine and CIS countries. Michael Vorkas & Associates LLC participated in this conference which included the most burning issues of international arbitration as well as a comprehensive analysis of the investment arbitration lifestyle – from preparation for arbitration to enforcement of arbitral awards.
